RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you're happy with your purchases from Pikolinos.ca, but if you need to make an exchange or return, you can do so within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • If you already have an account at Pikolinos.ca
    • If you already have an account at Pikolinos.ca, please log in by entering your email address and password and go to “My account”.
    • On the Left hand side of your account page you will see a section called "My Return". Please select that section and click the "New Return" button.
    • Please select an order that is less than 30 days old and click "Return" on the right hand side.
    • If there are several items in your order, next select the ones you want to return and indicate the reasons for return or exchange.
    • We will immediately send you a return confirmation email to your email account showing you what you have to do.
  • If you don’t have an account at Pikolinos.ca
    • If you don’t have an account at Pikolinos.ca, find your order here with the email address you used when making the purchase and the order number we gave you at the end. Your order will then appear and you can click RETURN.
    • If there are several items in your order, next select the ones you want to return.
    • We will immediately send you a return confirmation email to your email account showing you what you have to do.

  • Send your return through the Post Office

      Once you’ve requested to return your purchase through our online store, you’ll receive two emails from Pikolinos.ca

      • The first email is simply to confirm receipt of your return request and we will message you within 24-28 hours with further instructions once approved.
      • The second email will be sent within the next 48 hours, containing the return UPS shipping label . You will then be able to print this label from the account returns section and return the item(s) to us by mail following the required steps.

  • Refunding your money

      After receiving the item and checking it’s in perfect condition, we will refund your credit card, PayPal account, or whichever other payment method you used. It is important to remember that this payment will be made according to the terms and conditions of your bank.
